In a few minutes, the iTero scanner builds a precise 3D model of your teeth, which lets us check whether Invisalign is a good fit, map out how your teeth will move, and often show you a simulated preview of your future smile before you commit. That same digital scan is used to fabricate aligners that fit accurately from day one — no gagging and fewer fit issues along the way.

Can I eat and drink with Invisalign?

You take your aligners out to eat and to drink anything other than water, then brush and pop them back in. There are no food restrictions like there are with braces.

Does Invisalign hurt?
